Abdulrahman Bin Ibrahim Al-Mahmoud

Montaser comes with 22 years of legal expertise in legal consultancy, company registration, and contract documentation across the MENA region and Sudan.
Montaser holds a Bachelor of Law degree from Al-Nileen University and is licensed to practice law. In addition, he has demonstrated remarkable skills in providing legal advice, preparing memos, drafting contracts, registering trademarks, and managing foreign relations.
Mubarak Adam Ajal Mohammed
Mubarak, a lawyer with more than 15 years in Sudanese and Qatari courts, he specializes in civil, criminal, Sharia, and commercial cases, as well as arbitration and investment disputes. He offers expertise in company registration, legal advice, and court representation for diverse cases.
Yehya Ahmed
Yehya, an accomplished lawyer with a law degree from Alexandria University, brings 17 years of expertise in various legal domains. Registered in the Egyptian Bar Association, specializing in civil, commercial, criminal, family, and labor law. He is fluent in Arabic, Portuguese, and English.
Omer Mohamed
Omer, a legal professional with over a decade of experience in Sudanese and Qatari courts, proficient in civil, criminal, Sharia, and commercial cases, company registration, and legal consultancy for companies and banks. Specialized in arbitration, investment disputes, contracts, and legal terminology through various training courses, Omer contributes with his expertise in Qatari laws and legislation to offer services in drafting memoranda and providing legal advice.
Mohamed Yasser
Mohamed Yasser is a lawyer and legal consultant with six years of experience before the Qatari and Sudanese courts. He is skilled in civil, criminal, Sharia, and commercial cases, in addition to company registration and the provision of legal consultancy. With over 10 years of expertise in administrative affairs and human resources in Sudan and Qatar, she has accumulated an extensive experience in Qatari law firms, excelling in legal and office tasks, precise work organization, and professional client communication.
Rachel Marouni
