Founded in 2016
Al Mahmoud Law Office was established in 2016 by Mr. Abdulrahman bin Ibrahim Al Mahmoud, with the aim of creating a Qatari law firm that provides independent legal professionals capable of finding legal solutions and addressing the challenges faced by clients, in line with the development and comprehensive renaissance led by His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, the Amir of the State of Qatar.

Over Twenty five years of diverse legal experience in Qatar. Served as Legal Expert at the Ministry of Transport and Communications (MOTC), Doha, Qatar (2016-2017), with responsibilities covering a wide range of legal functions including drafting and updating rules for vessel registration and monitoring compliance with safety requirements, propose draft laws and bylaws related to the MOTC’s activities and reviewing, monitoring and updating statutory requirements affecting transport and communications sector.
