Founder & President of Al Mahmoud Law Firm
Al-Mahmoud has long professional experience, as he worked as a criminal and administrative investigation officer in the security apparatus for twenty years, a former member of the Military Appellate Disciplinary Committee, served as the head of the Military Primary Disciplinary Council, and previously worked as a legal expert at the Ministry of Transport and Communications, and was appointed by a decision of the Supreme Council of the Judiciary as a member of the Lawyers Disciplinary Council.
Al-Mahmoud holds a Bachelor of Laws with honors, and a Higher Diploma in Military Science in 2002 from the Dubai Police Academy with a very good grade with honors, and has participated in many legal courses and seminars at the local and international levels, and is currently a Master's Researcher enrolled in the International Criminal Justice Program specializing in Anti-Corruption from Lusail University
Nizar Sarkis
Nizar Sarkis, the Founder and Managing Partner of Sarkis & Associates, is also the Head of the Corporate Department at Al-Mahmoud Law Firm. With extensive legal experience, he has provided counsel to clients in Qatar for over a decade.
Fluent in Arabic, English, and French, he advises major clients in Lebanon, Europe, and GCC countries, on significant legal matters including banking and finance, data privacy, e-commerce, hotel management, and Mergers and Acquisitions.
Affiliated with the Beirut Bar Association since 2005, Mr. Nizar holds
a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Saint Joseph University (USJ) in Lebanon and an Executive MBA from ESA Business School
and ESCP Europe.

Montaser Abdalraheem
Montaser comes with 22 years of legal expertise in legal consultancy, company registration, and contract documentation across the MENA region and Sudan.
Montaser holds a Bachelor of Law degree from Al-Nileen University and is licensed to practice law. In addition, he has demonstrated remarkable skills in providing legal advice, preparing memos, drafting contracts, registering trademarks, and managing foreign relations.
Mubarak Adam Ajal Mohammed
Mubarak, a lawyer with more than 15 years in Sudanese and Qatari courts, he specializes in civil, criminal, Sharia, and commercial cases, as well as arbitration and investment disputes. He offers expertise in company registration, legal advice, and court representation for diverse cases.
Yehya Ahmed
Yehya, an accomplished lawyer with a law degree from Alexandria University, brings 17 years of expertise in various legal domains. Registered in the Egyptian Bar Association, specializing in civil, commercial, criminal, family, and labor law. He is fluent in Arabic, Portuguese, and English.
Omer Mohamed
Omer, a legal professional with over a decade of experience in Sudanese and Qatari courts, proficient in civil, criminal, Sharia, and commercial cases, company registration, and legal consultancy for companies and banks. Specialized in arbitration, investment disputes, contracts, and legal terminology through various training courses, Omer contributes with his expertise in Qatari laws and legislation to offer services in drafting memoranda and providing legal advice.
Mohamed Yasser
Mohamed Yasser is a lawyer and legal consultant with six years of experience before the Qatari and Sudanese courts. He is skilled in civil, criminal, Sharia, and commercial cases, in addition to company registration and the provision of legal consultancy. He is also proficient in drafting and reviewing contracts, and specializes in investment disputes, corporate law and its implications. Moreover, he provides professional legal opinions and enables clients to understand even the most complex legal issues they may face.
Mosab Hamza

Mahmoud is an Executive assistant with more than 15 ears of experience in administrative and office work in Egypt and Qatar.

Mario, Senior Associate in the Corporate & Commercial Department, has gathered an extensive experience in Mergers & Acquisitions, Banking & Finance, Data Privacy, and Capital Markets, with a specific emphasis on Telecommunications, Fin-tech, Construction, Healthcare, Energy, Transportation, and Logistics.
He specializes in advising banks and financial institutions on corporate and security documents, he operates in various jurisdictions, notably in Lebanon and Qatar.
Mario is a member of the Beirut Bar Association and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Law from Saint Joseph University (USJ), Lebanon, and is fluent in Arabic, English, and French, enhances the breadth of his practice.
Islam Sidieg
Islam is an Administrative Manager with a postgraduate degree in English Language from the University of Gezira. With over 10 years of expertise in administrative affairs and human resources in Sudan and Qatar, she has accumulated an extensive experience in Qatari law firms, excelling in legal and office tasks, precise work organization, and professional client communication.
Rachel Marouni
Rachel, Senior Associate in the Corporate & Commercial Department, brings substantial expertise in corporate and commercial matters, as well as arbitration. She provides counsel to major clients in Lebanon, Qatar, the UAE, and Kuwait.
A member of the Beirut Bar Association, she specializes in Banking and Finance, Transportation, Logistics, and Construction. Rachel holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Saint Joseph University (USJ) and an L.LM. in International Dispute Resolution from the University of London, and is fluent in Arabic, English, French, and Spanish
